African Centre for Economic Growth (ACEG) is a private, independent, and not-for-profit organization founded to serve as a ‘resource centre’ for public policy development. ACEG operations started in 1993 as Africa’s Regional Office of the International Center for Economic Growth (ICEG) and was incorporated and registered in the Republic of Kenya in 1999 as a Company Limited by Guarantee.
MISSION AND GOAL
The mission of ACEG is to offer superior policy analyses of social economic issues relevant to Africa’s development. The goal is to increase knowledge of the policies that work to expand economic opportunities and foster development in Africa. The objective of ACEG is to produce research results and consulting reports that are critical in accelerating economic growth and combating poverty.
